Hare posing

Hare captured on walk in Lincs, near coast (between Mablethorpe & Grimsby) 4th Sept 2021. I was walking with dog along a remote and rural path just before 6pm. It was overcast and light fading and downwind of the hare. This helped Im sure as this beautiful creature popped out from behind a hedge onto the path. He stopped, looked at me, posed and then ran off. I had my camera and 100-400mm lens in readiness as I was out shooting wildlife. Right time, right place moment!

Jonesy the Jackdaw

Jackdaw perched on fence. Captured at home on 12th June 2021. This is Jonesy, our favourite Jackdaw visitor. He's not in the best of heath as you can see. He gets picked upon by the other jackdaws & consequently is a loner. We look after him with plenty of food and brings a smile every time he turns up in the garden :-)
