    Moon Venus & Jupiter
March 26/27 2012. HP dominating the Spring weather with amazing clear sky day and nights. 10 hrs worth of exposures. Olympus E5 with 7-14mm wide angle on tripod capturing continuous 15s exposures (approx 2000 in total), F4, ISO 500. Stacked in StarStax software. To capture this opposing arc curvature just point the camera towards the southern sky. It shows the stars above and below the celestial equator :-) If you look at the large version closely you will see a couple of meteors and Iridium Flare!
March 25/26 2012. Venus, Jupiter, Crescent moon, stars, Celestial North Pole, Celestial Equator, Meteor & Iridium Flare all in one shot. Can you spot them all :-) 10 hrs worth of exposures. Olympus E5 with 7-14mm wide angle on tripod capturing continuous 15s exposures (approx 2000 in total), F4, ISO 500. Stacked in StarStax software.
